With an already extensive portfolio of luxury hospitality venues across Newcastle, The Gainford Group has announced plans to redevelop its New Bridge Street site, to create the tallest building in the North East.
The team has been busy finalising proposals for the organisation’s most ambitious and exciting project yet.
Plans are well underway for a skyscraper which will form part of a new £50 million gateway into the city centre of Newcastle, at the site of the New Bridge Street hotel.
The multi-use skyscraper will include a five star hotel, private residential apartments and a fitness and health club, along with a number of bars and restaurants with food around the world.
Once complete, it will be the most significant building on Newcastle’s skyline and the go-to venue for residents, shoppers, workers, diners and overnight visitors to the city.
This vision from Gainford will breathe new life into the area.
